Pre-Buy with Price Cap. You get to purchase your propane before heating season begins, and the price per gallon you will pay is capped. While you’ll never pay more than that capped price, you may end up paying less if market prices fall!
Monthly Smart Pay Payment Plan. Do you notice how your propane usage, and thus your propane bills, are higher at certain times of the year? With Smart Pay, you can spread your propane costs out over up to 12 months of even, monthly payments. You can also add Price Cap to your Smart Pay plan!
Q. What affects the price of propane?
A. Many factors impact how much you pay for your propane. These include:
The time of year. Demand for propane is greater in the winter when it is used for home heating, so prices can be higher then as opposed to spring and summer.
Supply issues. Natural disasters such as hurricanes can impact fuel distribution centers, as Hurricane Harvey did in the Gulf Coast region in 2017. Hacking pipelines for ransom has also become a problem.
Geopolitical conflicts. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine along with the sanctions of Russia that followed, created ripple effects throughout global energy markets and propane was not spared.
Q. I’m having a hard time with my propane costs. What can I do?
A. Don’t let pride or fear keep you from asking for help. The first thing to do is to get in touch with us before you fall behind on your payments. We use the latest software and a tried-and-true calculation that factor in your propane usage and weather conditions to accurately forecast when you will need more propane. That data allows us to schedule a delivery to your home before you run low.

If you choose Will-Call for your propane delivery, you are responsible for checking your propane tank gauge levels frequently. We urge our customers to not let their tank gauge fall below 30% full before requesting a propane delivery. If you forget to check and need an emergency propane delivery, there will be added costs for that.
