While few people could have predicted the massive changes we have faced since March, in some ways, we have been preparing our business for this for years.
In the wake of several destructive storms, our company decided we needed to invest in technology to make it possible to service customers even if our physical office was shut down. This year, that investment has really paid off for our customers and team.
Many of our customers have changed their fuel consumption patterns because they’re staying at home during the public health crisis. That means they’re using more fuel than they were using before. If you’re on automatic delivery, please let us know about your situation so we can keep our deliveries as accurate as possible. If you call for your fuel, please watch your tank carefully. Propane customers also have the option of getting a tank monitor installed.
