Part of our goal is to make life as easy as possible for you, and our flexible pricing and payment plans are a big part of how we accomplish that. We offer three pricing plans to our propane and heating oil customers, so you can decide which one works best for your budget and how important it is for you to know what your bill will look like each month.
With our Pre-Buy plan, you purchase your fuel before winter. Your fuel price is capped, so you’ll never pay more than this, but it is not locked in, which means your price will drop if the market falls. Considered the best way to save on fuel, this is ideal for customers who are able to pay up front. Please note that a fee for the two-way protection does apply.
When you enroll in our monthly Smart Pay Program, also known as our Budget plan, your annual fuel bill will be spread out over 12 months, and you don’t pay for any more fuel than you actually receive. This predictability comes in handy and is ideal for customers who prefer to avoid big winter bills. If Smart Pay payments are made on schedule, no finance charge will apply. (Service plan costs can be spread out as part of this program as well.)
Please note that while you pay for some fuel prior to your first delivery, your final payment will happen after your final delivery. This ensures that everything balances out.
Ideal for customers who want to avoid having their bill inflated due to weather and price fluctuations, this plan is similar to the Budget plan but, it also features a price cap. Keep in mind that although there is a price cap, you are not locked in, which is helpful in the event that prices fall. Please note that our suppliers do charge a two-way protection fee.

Log in to MyFuel Portal to learn about what services you receive, view your account balance, order fuel and request service. All you need is your account number!
Use a credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) or your checking account (ACH) to sign up for Auto Pay, and you’ll never have to think about paying your bill again. We’ll make the deduction each month and you’ll be all set.
Throw out those folders and files! With Paperless Billing, we’ll email you each bill, and of course, we’ll keep your records on file as well, but you won’t have to deal with the added mail and paper clutter in your home again. This environmentally friendly option not only saves paper but also reduces how much fuel is consumed for mail delivery. A win-win!
