If you read Donald & Marilyn’s letter, you know that they are bringing their company, Blanchard’s Cash Fuel into the Murray-Heutz family. We’re excited to join companies and offer even more services to you.

Murray-Heutz has been a local fixture for years, with hundreds of 5-star reviews. We’ve worked hard to build a company that is friendly, responsive and dependable. We have caring, dedicated employees. They are trained and licensed to do the job right. Most importantly, they take pride in taking care of you, no matter what Mother Nature throws our way.

What happens next?

We have worked hard with Donald and Marilyn to make this change as easy as possible for you. We have all your records and have added them to our system. We will be here to answer any questions you have.

For the short term, your account number will remain the same. You can find answers to common questions in the attached FAQs. For the most part, very little will change, except for some things we think you’ll like. Together, we can offer you more options and more support staff than you experienced before.

• We’ll have many more resources to serve you better and faster. We used to have four office staff. Now we have fourteen. We’ve doubled the number of drivers from nine to eighteen. We’ve increased the number of service technicians from two to nine. (We now offer oil repair service for the first time!) We’re ready to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, all year long.
• We can now offer price caps, monthly payment plans, service plans and more. We also offer an Advantage Plan, whereby you can get a discount of 5 cents per gallon for every fuel delivery plus the guarantee you’ll never have a fuel run-out. You can save even more if you enroll in Auto Pay and have your payments automatically deducted from your checking account! You can choose either an additional 5-cent-per-gallon discount or a one-time account credit of $50!
• In a few months, you’ll be able to access our “My Account” page 24/7, where you can pay your bill, check your balance, order fuel, enroll in various programs, or schedule service work online.
